Fermin is a seasoned leader and highly accomplished entrepreneur, board member, and investor with extensive experience in management consulting, telecom, technology and FMCG across several regions. Fermin has held senior roles while working at McKinsey & Co., specializing in the transformation. He also has held senior executive roles, including Vice President of Global Enterprise and ICT for Telekom Malaysia and CEO of Logica-CGI in Southeast Asia and South America, where he led multimillion-dollar operations and strategic initiatives. At the World Bank, Fermin served as an economist and financial officer, contributing to economic development in East Africa and Washington, DC.

Currently, Fermin serves on the boards of Zconic Group and Blocshare. As a founding member of the EU ASEAN Business Council and former Chairman of EUROCHAM Malaysia, he brings deep experience in international business and economic development.
 

Fermin holds an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, he is a Systems Engineer and has taught International Business at the University of California, San Diego. Fluent in five languages, Fermin is also passionate about sports, excelling as a swimmer, cyclist, diver, skier, golfer, and surfer. Known for his dedication, integrity, and strategic foresight, Fermin is committed to building transformative solutions that drive both business success and broader economic impact in the regions where he operates.
